They don’t respond to return or refund related emails and won’t give money back

I bought 2 items and I wanted to return them. According the refund policy of the business, it must not be opened or damaged and in the original packaging, in order to be eligible for a refund, i met those conditions. I got ignored several times by email, so I mailed back the items and thought maybe that will prompt their attention and still haven’t heard anything and I lost my money. They want you to think they do refunds (why they have fake return policy) but they don’t.
